SD A RARE LARGE OLD CHIEFS FAN YORUBA NIGERIA
This is a stunning old large ceremonial chiefs fan from the Yoruba people of Nigeria. Made of copper which has been beautifully embossed. The design radiates from a central point. A much larger example, detailed and complex design. Has a well developed patina, darkened with age. in good condition, some old tears and an old indigenous repair. No stand included. height approx 45cm.
